Our team

We are a small team of wine lovers on a mission to help others conquer the world of wine.

Veni, vidi, vici - I came, I saw, I conquered - was Julius Caesar’s famous victory cry. Inspired by the emperor’s can-do attitude, we want to make the world easier to navigate for wine enthusiasts everywhere. We believe wine knowledge makes the joys of tasting new wines ever more rewarding. And we know a more curious and discerning drinker makes a far better customer. This sense of purpose - and a true love of good wine - brought us together to found Vino Vidi Vici in April 2026.

William Perkins Founder

Will combined his three main interests - wine, app development and world conquest - to create Vino Vidi Vici. He does a bit of everything. He enjoys Nebbiolo and white Burgundy.

Thomas Martinez-Blair Co-founder

Thomas works in tech and co-wrote most of the VVV codebase. He also does the Android app, because Will won't touch it. He enjoys Xinomavro.

Sarah Burke Co-founder

Sarah is a journalist and communications professional by trade. At VVV she has had to learn to code. She does wine and content. She likes Riesling.
